I went mountain running with Karl Meltzer a few weeks back and asked him what he did for recovery. He told me to look into Ultragen and give it a try. I was quite skeptical'especially at $45 a bucket. This stuff works. Secretly I was hoping it would not so I could get my money back. The soreness is not there, not even on the day of the run. I have also noticed my legs being more fresh the day after the runs than without the product. Good product.

I just want to thank Robert Kunz for taking the time to speak with me about your products in early Sept… I began using them immediately in my training for my first Ironman event Nov 7th in Wilmington NC.
I was able to get about a month and a half worth of Optygen in my system and I used the EFS drink and the liquid shots the entire race and I did not cramp once or get sick to my stomach. For me being an extreme amateur at IM distance this was a welcomed surprise!!! I finished in 13 hours 25 minutes and I’m hoping next year I’ll be able to shave off 2 hours!

… I was racing for the Team NOW MS (co-founder). I was chaperon and racing with the U23 Squad… mind you I am 42 yrs of age. Having raced in Europe, Japan, and several Pro Am Events over the past 20yrs I was to yeoman our riders to get some real race experience.
As the young lads did their best to stay with the pace of the race and keep towards the front things started to fall apart. The field was fully stacked with the likes of Nathan Oneal and his Bissel squad, Toyota United with so many great pros you lose count, Cal Berry and a list of equally awesome Teams and Riders. Honorable mention to Team Rwanda. They actually had one of their riders also finish the entire stage race.
It was stage 3 longest of the stages. As a grassroots Team from out of town we had zero support. Which meant we needed to carry what we needed. In a final act of desperation I was able to do the look-e move and nick a Toyota United Bag in the feed zone. As I passed out the goods to my teammates and myself I came across 2 EFS liquid shots. Of course I immediately consumed one. By the final 5 km of the race I was actually feeling great and was actually sprinting to the finish.
I looked high and low and even kept the pouch with the sku numbers hoping it would lead me to my new race fuel. I inquired to my old friend Harm Jansen who had connection from managing Toyota Untied in the past who said it was not on the market yet.
The great part of the this story is I had one more packet… 3 weeks later I won the Cal/Nevada State Road title for 35 plus. Consumed my final pouch of EFS beta test. I was 42 and 35 plus is the most aggressive fastest group of ex pro racers. I had zero teammates and broke away with a 500 meter gap at the end. It was 104degrees out. A prized moment in my racing career.
The best part of it all is I went to a new team Team Helen’s who had sponsorship with First endurance and now I only and exclusively use EFS/First Endurance products.
I truly believe in your product 100%. I have used everything on the market and nothing takes care of me like First Endurance.
